Cody Pearce

Cody Pearce, a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience, joined Triad in July 2025. In 1999, he co-founded Cascade Financial Services, LLC, and as President, led its growth into a nationally recognized MH lender earning the Manufactured Housing Institute’s Regional Lender of the Year Award six times. After 25 years with Cascade, Cody joined YES Communities in 2024 as Executive Vice President of Business Operations, where he continued to champion operational excellence and forward-thinking solutions in manufactured housing. He is the incoming Vice-Chairman of the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI). Cody is a respected professional and thought leader in the manufactured housing finance industry, driving innovation and policy.
